2. Driving License and AgeThe tenant must be 25 years of age and have a valid driver's license for group A, B, C, D vehicles at the time of the rental agreement.

3. Can I drive outside the UAE?Yes, driving to Oman and Saudi Arabia is allowed with additional insurance. Please inform us before traveling.

4. What is the daily kilometer limit?The daily limit is 250 kilometers. We offer an unlimited kilometers option for an additional fee.

5. What is the fuel policy?We follow a "full-to-full" policy—the car must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup.

6. Is delivery service available?Yes, we offer free delivery to major locations in UAE including airports, hotels, and residential areas.

7. What payment methods do you accept?We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, and cash payments. A credit card is required for the security deposit.
