2. Driving License and AgeThe tenant must be 25 years of age and have a valid driver's license for group A, B, C, D vehicles at the time of the rental agreement.

3. Can I drive outside the UAE?Yes, driving to Oman and Saudi Arabia is allowed with additional insurance. Please inform us before traveling.

4. Is insurance included?Yes, the car is fully insured against accidents and theft. The deductible is 1500 dirhams.

5. Is delivery service available?Yes, we offer free delivery to major locations in UAE including airports, hotels, and residential areas.

6. Can I add an additional driver?Yes, you can add additional drivers. They must meet the same requirements and their details will be added to the rental agreement.

7. What happens if the car breaks down?We provide 24/7 roadside assistance. Call us immediately and we'll send help or provide a replacement vehicle if needed.

8. What payment methods do you accept?We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, and cash payments. A credit card is required for the security deposit.
