2. Driving License and AgeThe tenant must be 25 years of age and have a valid driver's license for group A, B, C, D vehicles at the time of the rental agreement.

3. Can I drive outside the UAE?Yes, driving to Oman and Saudi Arabia is allowed with additional insurance. Please inform us before traveling.

4. What is the daily kilometer limit?The daily limit is 250 kilometers. We offer an unlimited kilometers option for an additional fee.

5. Is insurance included?Yes, the car is fully insured against accidents and theft. The deductible is 1500 dirhams.

6. What documents do I need to rent this car?You need a valid driver's license, passport (for tourists), Emirates ID (for residents), and a credit card for the security deposit.

7. Can I add an additional driver?Yes, you can add additional drivers. They must meet the same requirements and their details will be added to the rental agreement.

8. What payment methods do you accept?We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, and cash payments. A credit card is required for the security deposit.
